If Adele could, she'd set fire to her shapewear.
The Grammy singer candidly revealed some of her fashion woes during a recent performance at her Las Vegas residency "Weekends with Adele."
"I had to put these Spanx on that were a size small," Adele told audience members at her June 1 show, per a video captured by a fan and posted on TikTok. "It was like pumping sausage meat. It was so stressful."
The "Hello" singer admitted she almost skipped the Spanx completely, but decided to go through with it after she "managed to get into them."
"I was contemplating maybe I don't go on in a pair of Spanx tonight," Adele continued, "but I was like 'Oh no, that's too risky.' It's made me look great but I'm nervous my blood's going to get cut off or something. So, if I pass out half way through the show, don't worry—that is why."
As for what else the 36-year-old wore during her concert? Adele shined bright in a sparkly black long-sleeve gown that featured a keyhole cutout with a plunging neckline.
The JW Anderson design included a diamond-embellished rope-like belt that draped across the neckline and wrapped around her waist.
Of course, Adele's Spanx revelation is just one of the many ways she's been refreshingly open with her fans.
Just last month, she gave a special shoutout to her partner Rich Paul's daughter, Reonna, for graduating from Clark Atlanta University May 18.
"It is my stepdaughter's graduation this weekend," Adele—who is a mom to son Angelo, 12, with ex-husband Simon Konecki—shared onstage, per a TikTok post. "I love you darling. Congratulations! She's the first family member that's graduated college. How amazing is that? It's a f--king vibe."
She added, "I love you baby."
